Math Review

Hi all! I bet you are enjoying your spring break already!

Please check out the new IXL priorites on the right. I looked through all of our “trouble spots” and picked areas for each of you to focus on. In Second Grade counting money and comparing numbers were big trouble spots. In third grade perimeter and triangles proved to be difficult for many. Both second and third grade struggled a bit with tally charts and bar graphs.

Check out YOUR trouble spot (to the right) and work towards getting at least 80%. Below I added some Brainpop videos to help you in the above areas. (username and password nationalsd)

Counting Coins and Dollars and Cents

Comparing Numbers

Perimeter

Triangles and Angles

Tally Charts and Bar Graphs

Please be practicing your MULTIPLICATION every night! A few games of Aquatic Speedway and Multiplication Grand Prix each day will make a difference!
